How orders work
Orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before they are packed, including the product, price and delivery details.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different item from the one you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short unboxing video. After we verify the issue we will send a replacement or arrange a refund.
Returns
Because jewellery is a personal item, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and items that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to reach you after approval.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
